OVERVIEW
Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.secondnatureclothing.co.uk. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING COSTS
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
UK Standard Delivery is FREE on orders of £100* and over or £3 for orders under £100.00. Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail 48hr or via Evri once dispatched.
Deliveries will be made within 2-5 working days after you place your order. You will receive a tracking number within your order fulfilment email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to activate.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done. Evri will provide 3 attempts at delivery and will leave a card to notify you.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday or Sundays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, for example during busy times such as Christmas.
UK EXPRESS DELIVERY
UK Express Delivery is £5 and your order will be delivered via Royal Mail 24hr. The service is between 1 - 2 working days. If you order by 2pm, Monday to Friday, you should receive your goods the next day. If you order before 2pm on Friday, you will usually receive your parcel on Saturday although we cannot guarantee delivery. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the following Tuesday.
We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays.
Order tracking is available on your shipping fulfilment email.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND AND REST OF EU
Republic of Ireland and Rest of EU Delivery is £13.00 sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed or Evri. Deliveries will be made in 3- 5 working days after you place your order depending on your location.
We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holidays or Sundays.
REST OF WORLD/INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International delivery is £18 sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed or Evri. Deliveries will be made in 7-10 working days after you place your order depending on your location.
We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Secondnatureclothing.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend contacting your local customs office to find out these charges as we are unable to advise you.
DAMAGES
Secondnatureclothing.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
